4. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may file a Counter-Notice under the DMCA.
Your Counter-Notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original URL on HomiReview.com.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
